Yes it is. Felt better. It just seems to take me 4 x standard days to recover from a long-ish run. Hmmm. This is improving gradually. I think it helped that I have done some strides most days this week. Once I eventually get comfortable with this mileage reintroducing a midweek session is vital, I get so jaded and ploddy without one.

Run back from C's after cycling en famille with CVSLJ. Tired from the get go but managed to run slowly for my 90 mins.

This easy week has been a bit of a struggle, probably overdid it last week and don't really feel ready for another hard week.
