Left knee OK with slightly longer run although I did wonder if my left leg was beginning to tighten up on the outside and the my left lateral quadricep was clearly tight foam rollering afterwards.
Was going to try a short run but woke up with very sore *right* knee - probably twisted overdoing left knee exercises yesterday, almost too sore to walk home at end of day. Ah well.
FASIC again. Things generally improving - quad/glute strength improved but still further to go for stability. Try some running again, e.g. 10 mins a day on a treadmill, progress very slowly. ITB/side of left leg loosened off a lot but lateral quad very tight so that was worked on.
