Went to MPC. Was just SimonH and JennieG. Still, good session as we did 2 x 10 mins Kenyan hills (will a loop with a hill in it) on Bruntsfield links. Followed by classic SimonH knee bend quad whatever the exercise is called (2 mins) and plank (didn't manage 2 mins). Jog home. Felt OK.

TT was going to be 5 x 2', 5xmore, 5xshort reps on the meadows. Knee a bit odd warming up, l. hamstring getting tight, generally not over Sunday yet although not a total mess. Stopped after 6 to avoid getting an actual hamstring strain. Most people here were really quite fast. The MPC is being replaced by the 2nd team stalwarts.
