TT was Martin's Intervals. Well, 6 of them. Did first 2 OK, then was fairly useless on 2, then skipped the 5th and did the last one fairly well. Until I realised it was only a few seconds under 4 mins. Still, felt good. Then HBT Burns Supper after.

EUOC Big Weekend. Did the open course as I wanted to keep up a long-ish weekend run. 28/62, +36%. Pretty happy with that all things considered. Lots of mostly just running sections except final bit in Pollock Halls. Was still tired from Thursday and was worried it would be a bit of a disaster but ran OK for about 45-50mins then it looks as if I started slowing down/HR started going down from 150 to nearer 140/ for the last bit before arriving a Pollock Halls. Anyway, kept up a decent sort of effort for a decent sort of distance which is progress.

TT was a paar paarlauf, in which we did a paarlauf in paars. No sign of a paarttridge in a paar tree. Ran this with Angus who is new and older and slower than me so I really just had a tempo run apart from the last rep. This was about right really given limited recent speedwork and wanting to run OKishly on Saturday.
