Coming back late from work stopped for a run up Allermuir and Caerketton Hill from Castlelaw car park. Running late on an empty stomach was not ideal but felt good once I got going.
6 x 200m reps @ 43.4" (1:48.1/500m) / 1' rec. (intensity 4). Not flat out. Gradually building this session up. Achilles a bit sore before/after but OK.
