shoes: VJ Falcons
TAY Long-O - Ochils. Medium Course. A bit dire. I did go slow up the first hill deliberately to protect my achilles but did not really speed up. My terrain running is still poor. VO2Max didn't come into it. I don't recall getting properly out of breath. I just haven't got the strength in the ankles/knees etc. at the moment to run properly on rough underfoot. Well, only one way to fix it... train for it. It is a bit of an orienteering basic after all.
At least my achilles felt OK-ish.
