FWTN - Edinburgh city map. Took it easy as it was on tarmac but, big positive, almost didn't aggravate achilles tendonitis. I reckon I could start some road running again - in fact I think that is the plan - just slowly for now. Navigationwise - fairly good but misread stairs as uncrossable in a couple of places and was slowing down quite a lot when reading the map in places. It'a been a while since someone tried to trip me up while I am running (crossing the top of the mound) but jumped out the way in time...
