Pentlands run around a route from the Carnethy website... Flotterstone along ridge over Tunhouse/Carnethy/Scald Law/Kips > Drove Road > cross Logan Burn > parallel to Logan Burn > Green Cleugh > round back of Black Hill > the wall over Bell's Hill > Maiden's Cleugh > Flotterstone. Was reduced to walking whole way up Bell's Hill but otherwise kept it together.

This is as far as I need to run for now - focus now needs to be doing this sort of distance faster.

FWTN - Edinburgh city map. Took it easy as it was on tarmac but, big positive, almost didn't aggravate achilles tendonitis. I reckon I could start some road running again - in fact I think that is the plan - just slowly for now. Navigationwise - fairly good but misread stairs as uncrossable in a couple of places and was slowing down quite a lot when reading the map in places. It'a been a while since someone tried to trip me up while I am running (crossing the top of the mound) but jumped out the way in time...

I figured that if I'm going to do circuits over the winter I should at least do them weekly so repeated the ESOC circuits but swapped lunges in place of jumps over the bench and calf raises in place of shuttle runs. Finished with misc. stretching.
