Left a bit late so had a fairly brisk warm up - just got there in time.

Martin's Intervals. 3'48 for the first one - but didn't break stride from my run there... then 3'35; 3'38; 3'38; 3'35. (av. for 4 3'36.5). Another jump forward. Might be caused more by weight loss than training but it's all positive.
