Actually a bit tired from yesterday... it's going to take a bit of time to get back into things. Have put on 2-3lbs while off running over Xmas. Need to sort that pronto.

Right... back to running. Finally. Frustrating to have had a gap of several weeks when I had been planning on getting some proper training in, but I'm starting the year in better shape and less injured than last year so should be positive. Slow run to get back into the groove. Both achilles a bit sore so kept it slow. Haven't iced them or done usual exercises for a week so no big deal hopefully.

Still coughing a bit but shouldn't be a problem.
