Right... back to running. Finally. Frustrating to have had a gap of several weeks when I had been planning on getting some proper training in, but I'm starting the year in better shape and less injured than last year so should be positive. Slow run to get back into the groove. Both achilles a bit sore so kept it slow. Haven't iced them or done usual exercises for a week so no big deal hopefully.
Still coughing a bit but shouldn't be a problem.
