Not very sore now, but would be if I went for a run.

Went to physio... so, although they didn't seem to want to venture as to exactly what is hurting, the physio reckons I have very tight quads pulling hips forward, leading to very tight glutes at back of hip bone, as well as tight ITBs with the inner thighs much weaker, also leading to a strength imbalance there.

So, 3 exercises to do, mostly for quads and inner thighs. Prob best have order of 2 weeks off.

Still, first time a physio has ever said my hamstring flexibility is fine. Must be because I've injured my hamstrings so many times before I do actually stretch them regularly.

Hmm. I think this is a proper injury. Although I didn't think that a pain at the top outside of the hip could be running related (except for e.g. falling over/running into a tree) apparently there are tendons that go round outside of the hip and inflammation is possible. Leaning over to the left currently hurts my right hip. Booked FASIC.
