East Lothian X Country. Enjoyed this run on snowy fields, and hip wasn't a problem. Good. Didn't run so fast though... Beaten by Stuart M for first time in ages and several minutes off Gash etc. Still, it's looking promising for getting back to proper training at some point soon.

Another pleasant enough lunchtime run. Feeling quite good for this type of regular training and my speed seems to be creeping up all the time. Still haven't got rid of the hip problem though...

Upping the distance this week - getting into Daniel's-Running-Formula style base training - same steady run every day, upping things every third week. Should put some strides/sprints in, but not yet.
