Still felt very lacking in energy walking in the morning but got my act together for late afternoon run. Started very slow (9.5min/mile) and felt better after a few miles and approaching feeling good by the end.

Lowest weight since teens. Horrendously stressful day at work. Left at 830pm and started planned medium long run. It was cold. Ran out of energy quite badly after 20-30 mins - that's not happened to me in years. Went into a supermarket and bought a bread roll to eat. Bailed on rest of run. Not a high point.

Evening run - felt good before running but actually pretty tired once I got going.

Running at about 8.30pm having not eaten since (diet) lunch after extreme work day. Felt stiff when I started but actually felt pretty good once I was going. If I trust Endomondo (which I don't) speed started slightly under 9 min miles and end up about 6'30.

Hip quite sore, although not actually aggravated by the run. Don't over do it.

Martin's Intervals. Feeling good and running well - 4'27, 4'25, 4'23, 4'23, 4'23, ave. 4'24.2 = 3'31/k. PB for this session. Taking quite a while to catch my breath - didn't speak a word to anyone between intervals.

Hamstrings seizing up near the end and right hip sore (although that might be as much from upping the amount of stretching I'm doing as the injury itself). Careful. Don't need to do more than I'm doing for now, I just need to keep this up for a few months.

Random lunchtime run. Not feeling too bad although still a bit stiff from Saturday. Right hip is not entirely happy and top of right ITB is numb. Back to my weight minima from the autumn - can I get it down further?
