Swimming - pleased to feel OK despite not having done this for a long time.

Adding in some leg exercises - lunges, leg extensions at gym (10, 8, 8 x 40kg, I think I got to about 70 kg last time I did this regularly. Hmmm.), leg raises. + crunches, calves, clams, bridges. Need to learn how to do squats some time.
