TT was hill reps up Observatory Rd. 4 x (30", 60", 90") Didn't push beyond medium effort. Knee sore towards end but not too bad so I think I got it right.

Midpack Monday. 12' (4'), 9' (3'), 6' (2'), 4' (last 1' flat out). Felt pretty good the first two, almost 4 min ks, which should be easy but OK given mileage. Struggled on the last two reps once I got tired.
Another visit to SPACE. Knee has been a bit worse. Discussed knee taping, shoes, gym exercises (to minimise aggravating knees, do leg extensions without reps, holding the weight up as long as possible, hamstring curls more normal), keep going with existing exercises, back to previous shoes. Kenny looked at my stride running backwards and forwards and thought it's generally fine, reasonably neutral position don't go overboard on support on shoes.
