Same. Ran very slowly, without insoles to see if knee fixed itself by magic. It didn't. I really don't like this, it's a sharp odd sort of pain liking getting grit in the knee. Luckily physio booked for tomorrow.

Although I can row without pain so maybe it's just a knee tracking issue. Hmm.

New pair of shoes. Knee taping. Have had ibuprofen. Warmed up by walking. Have had two days off. But no, left knee still sore (no pain to begin with then sharp after 15 mins). Tried keeping going but it's not a warming up type of pain. Took orthotics out. Actually, that might have helped, next run I'll try without them from the beginning.

Taped left knee to see if that would solve the problem. No pain for 10 mins then it started to hurt. Sharp pain. Stopped immediately and did some strength work. Getting my weight back down.

L.knee sore after 10 mins on treadmill. Stopped. Haven't been taping my knee. I'll give it a couple of days and try again with taping.

Treadmill, with 2k @ 5%. Left knee sore (sharp pain, not usual), got worse when I tried running on a gradient. Stopped.
