Caerketton Hill Race, 25'13 (+39%). Nice sunny evening - thought knee would survive a short hill race (and anything that built strength would be good for it). Knee did indeed survive, fine uphill, sore on the descent and this was probably about the limit. Race-wise it's pretty useless I'm +40% having spent the last three months doing single leg squats twice a day, but could have been worse after all this time off (and putting on a few kg) I guess.
