Running race 32:50 [4] 7.1 km (4:37 / km) +80m 4:23 / km
shoes: Mudclaw 265 (Red)

Borders XC league, again taking it easy to preserve back/knee etc. Start on rock solid mud wasn't great for injury collection but ran better and the ground got softer later on. Fun. Back seemed to survive.

Running race 44:01 [4] 9.4 km (4:41 / km) +70m 4:31 / km
shoes: Nike XC Spikes

East District XC Champs. Took it easy to protect my back and then found that actually that was as fast as I could go. Trying to make it through the weekend.
