Devil's Burdens Leg 4 for HBT B. Team was 30th. Think I lost a couple of places overall including infuriatingly one on the line to a runner I hadn't heard or seen approaching. Looking over the shoulder is so lightweight (or maybe a good idea...)
Not feeling as strong as before I hurt my back and was fairly slow uphill - haven't been doing squats. Weight not helping either. Knee survived. Fun.
PS +43% on the leg, really pretty poor. Clearly hill strength stays at number one on the priority list.
