Spent most of the weekend playing chess (badly, several decade gap...) as a ploy to make myself not go running (badly). Went for a bit of a run though. Felt fairly good for having had a rest but legs are still not right. Tried without tape, left knee getting sore by end though so better keep up with that.

Week 1 of nth attempt to get act together complete. 1x try to run fast + 2 x easy. Still don't feel good so same again next week.

TT was Boglauf. Sadly I am still useless. I was slipping around and should have worn spikes, but my legs are still not right. Had been thinking about returning to Martin's intervals next week but I guess I should skip that and keep doing easy stuff. (Knees fine with tape).

Felt better after a couple of rest days. Running fine and felt OK, although I couldn't have run fast. (Tape)

Sore back. Also trying to make myself not run.

Plan: run fast once a week + twice easy, max one race a month, until I feel better, then increase volume, gradually. Or do something stupid again.
