Running long 1:32:07 [1] 18.4 km (5:00 / km) +77m 4:54 / km
ahr:134 max:143 weight:79.2kg shoes: GT1000 Turquoise

Long run on the canal - some definite signs of progress. Almost managed to keep it together the whole way - although this was on the flat unlike recent laps of Arthur's Seat. HR for 5 min/k started under 130 but crept up to nearly 140.

Left knee (taped) uncomfortable from 30 mins but didn't get particularly sore. Didn't tape right knee and it was ok. So that's going on the right direction too.

Running 1:06:00 [3] 11.7 km (5:38 / km) +150m 5:18 / km
weight:79.2kg shoes: GT1000 Turquoise

TT was easyish hill reps up Castro as people without other commitments are doing the BR5 tomorrow. 4 x 90", 4 x 60", 4 x 30". Tired, but not too bad, and generally falling behind "most people" but felt OK. These days I feel fairly strong but not very fast.

Running intervals 50:00 intensity: (26:00 @1) + (24:00 @5) 10.1 km (4:57 / km) +45m 4:51 / km
weight:79.9kg shoes: GT1000 Turquoise

Martin's intervals. I had felt good yesterday but pretty tired today for no adequately explored reason. (a bit late joined part way) / 3'42 / 3'52 / 3'53 / 3'51. So although not a disaster that's a fail for "turn up fresh enough to run properly" so better make this another easy week.
