Back from holiday. Legs tired despite very easy fortnight so just 20 mins at warm up pace to start getting back into the swing of things.

...and some rowing. My achilles tendons have been really bad for the last two weeks, hurting walking. This will hopefully help. Plus ice, which I didn't have on holiday.
