Northumberland Coastal Race. An enjoyable run but didn't really manage to race - my legs were still very tired from Thursday and I kept slowing, pretty much exhausted by the end. A whole min/k slower than 2013!

Really, really must stop this business of turning up to races and sessions too tired to actually do them properly. On a positive note, my left knee coped (just) despite tape coming off 3/4 of the way round.

For future reference - at end of 2nd beach it was faster to keep going past the point must people turned up and then to scramble over boulders to the path.
