ESOC Sprint O @ Bughtlin (and SOUL2). 1st M40 somehow beating RogerG by 8 seconds (was 31 seconds behind at 19/23 though) (Tess was 74 seconds faster on WO). Had a good run, very clean, enjoying using new SIAC card, need more practice at how close to the control it has to go. Went west to 19, whereas I suspect east route was best.

Rnd 2 @ Cammo. All very fast and easy - Roger went past early on and beat me by 90" which is a similar speed ratio to cross country. The men's open race being on the same course but starting behind because they had a longer first race worked out well as they scrolled past. Things generally going in the right direction, running speed coming together.

Felt pretty good after three easy days, some sprints in IP then reps up CBA did 7 ave 57.1, but was slowing badly so stopped there.
