Another long run on which I set off feeling about the worst I have done all week, 5'20ks and it looked like it was going to be a bit of a grind again. However wasn't so awful and managed to both speed up for the last few ks (to about 5'00) and make it to HM distance. I'm definitely managing to get my act together again, it's just rather gradual.

Wasn't intending to go to intervals but, not knowing that, Jane asked me to pick her up after intervals, so I went to intervals. Tired of course from Sunday but ground out 2 x about 4 mins than 2 x 3'45ish. Cold - temperature has really dropped off in the last 24 hours.
