Tried to get a bit of a longer run - achilles coped OKish lapping IP slowly. Not trying any more of this trying to land further forward on my foot lark.

Failed attempt at WaterRower at gym after. Left knee hurt. I think the two footrests are too close to each other.

More easy pootling around IP. Achilles feeling better for rowing yesterday but fast probably still not a good idea.

More general jogging to and round Meadows. Lovely sunny day and would have been good to Boglauf instead but achilles still dodgy - left pretty sore when I got off grass.

More easy running. Trying to minimise overstriding and have foot going backwards on landing, using hamstrings and glutes more. There must be an app and footpod for that. Googled said.

Another easy lunchtime run. Achilles coping. Just. Following the advice I give other people of just jogging 5k a day while things settle down.

Can't do 3 x 20 calf lowering with 8kg, should be 20kg easy.

Still failing to lose any weight. Another lunchtime jog, tired-ish. Left achilles not completely settled but approaching acceptably sore. Time issues meaning failed to fit any rowing in for a week now.
