ESOC SprintO @ Broxburn. Prologue. Still felt ill when I got up but ran well once I got going. 30 seconds behind PaulC/BenS/PaulH which I'm pleased enough with given all factors. Started quite well but tired a bit in the middle. Not a very technical area but a lot of fun. Results

Chase, stayed 4th vet (6th overall on course). With 30 seconds to try to make up I started flat out but a small mistake at 1 and scrappiness at 3 gave me little chance of connecting. Started to slow a bit midway. 80" down timewise but fun again and happy to feel like I'm running reasonably well.

TT - 12 x 1 min hill reps up Observatory Road. Felt ill (cold/cough that's going round) Was actually feeling good once I got going so a bit disappointed to be near the back. Weight. Plus glutes rather than quads. I already know these things.
