Sunday run on Corstophine Hill, nice in the snow (now fairly flattened on paths) to begin with but rain came on and the return was getting very slushy, all the people who were sledding disappearing... didn't feel too bad all considering, better than last week.
No time to run in the snow sadly, quick row instead. This slow stuff isn't getting me anywhere and so I'm wondering about more intense sessions. Well HIIT is so popular at the mo. So 2000m hard.
