Nope, another long run when I started off feeling about the tiredest of the whole week and ran slowly. Still, "80-90 mins easy" done around Arthur's Seat and as long as I get my act together again for Tuesday intervals, all is good.

TT was organised by Jill and so was quite mental and up a hill. 6 x radical road (3 x each direction), jog down recovery. Cool evening, sunny, snow on the Pentlands. Good stuff. Definitely feeling some benefit of recent squats trying to focus on using the glutes, felt like I had some extra push on each stride, and only a bit useless instead of very. HR made it to 149.

Easy treadmill recovery run, a little faster at end. Achilles tendons not great. Left was sore after the sprint on Friday, a bit better after the forest races.
