Was tired after yesterday (and after child minding nephew) and decided not to run, then sat around for a couple of hours, went for a run anyway and was surprised to actually feel pretty good.

BogTrot on a sunny day. Felt pretty good and ahead of a few MPC, 2'30 off my best though, partly due to weight but looking at it at the run back through the start/finish I was 10 seconds behind 2016 then lost 2.5 mins including quite a lot on the descent.

Martin's intervals, weather picking up and grass dry enough to run on some of it. Asics Gel DS 18's to see if that help the achilles. 3'49, 3'47, 3'46, 3'55, 3'55. Ave. 3'50. Oh dear, still not doing so well at this. Last year there was some 3'36/37.
