Easy run along the canal - set off OK and was doing sort of 5 min/ks, but lost it fairly abruptly after 70 mins and stopped at 90 feeling a bit ill. Had been intending to do another few miles for a 50 mile week but no luck. Might have been dehydrated or maybe the ongoing dieting didn't help.

Trotter training was a time trial up Arthur's Seat and back from across the fields at the bottom. Fun, although I was 3.5 mins slower than AndyS. I was tired but still my hill running remains pretty dire.

Corstorphine Hill again, not feeling too bad considering last couple of days. Definitely getting fitter, enjoying running on trails in summery weather.

MPC Monday, nice fairly sunny evening, 10 x 1 min hill reps with longish jog recoveries at various bits of AS. I did fine on the flatter ones but still really dropping back on the steeper slopes.
