Had loaned my rowing machine, got it back as I really need to see if it will sort the achilles out. It usually does. Arms tired easily, will build up again.

TT was Boglauf on a very hot evening, 5 reps, first with new captain Jill. Achilles tendons generally screaming, settled a bit running on the rough stuff.
