Uh, oh. Attempt at short long run dashed by achilles tendons. They felt OK to begin with and I ran up the canal - which always feels like it should be off road but is basically tarmac the whole way these days. Achilles tendons got really sore and bailed short of planned 10 miles easy. Looks like I'm back onto the rowing and look like I might DNS for the GNR.

Jogged to TT hill reps very slowly, achilles coping, just. Missed first part of session then 14 x 21" hill reps, good for me, and running not too bad.
