Left achilles a bit stiff/sore from yesterday, prob OK to keep going though.

Elliptical Trainer warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Using this as pre-treadmill warmup.

Attempting a re-start, 2k very easy on the treadmill in the gym.

Well it's likely to be a while before I can do a lot of running so strength is go. General gym, stuff, leg presses and leg extensions not too bad, upper body strength hilariously poor.
