Highest weight since 2012. Super easy pace jog on Corstorphine Hill and microscopically more k than recently - but achilles really sore last bit so still limiting.
2km row time trial. Arms limiting factor, really using the glutes. I think I'm more likely to manage intervals/hard work on the rowing machine than running in the short term.
