Went orienteering for the first time in a while... SoSoL Detchmont law, Blue course, 13th, + 25%. Felt tired and ponderous but not too bad actually given how I felt/form. Achilles and left knee not too bad, getting a bit sore near end. Enjoyed myself on a sunny day, good use made of small area.

Another easy overweight mini-jog, outdoors at least. Achilles better with the heel raise but left knee sore for first time in months so no luck there. Sigh.

Some gym work, just to make sure I'm tired for tomorrow. I do need to do it a lot really. At least I'm feeling stronger.

Easy jog to physio and back, podiatrist this time. Hip flexors barely extending when running, right foot pointing in a bit, not really rolling forwards, calves tight (specifically the muscle that needs stretching with knee straight). Orthotics edited to have 5mm heel lift and some sort of paddingy stuff under foot. Ideally mobilise right toe (?!).

In gym, on treadmill, trying to push off on toes, somewhere along the line I stopped doing that and I wonder if that is a factor in the tendonitis.
