Slow slightly long run in the Pentlands, basically back home from Flotterstone. Felt really slow in place but it's good to get time on my feet and I can't really do long runs on the flat atm.

TT was a paarlauf on Bruntsfield links, 5 x oh about 800m or so, with ColinC. Surprisingly I felt really quite good. If it wasn't for the waistline injury I'd having been running OK, as it was feeling really quite good appears to be c. 4 min/k atm.
