Easy run Blackford and Braids, brief look for the path around the other side of Mortonhall Golf Course for future use. Not completely exhausted. Injury collection coping for about an hour.

TT was a fairly tough 3 x [60",90",120",90",60" with 30" jog recovery)/2' recovery between sets. Was quite, but not excessively, tired from Tuesday and struggled a bit but did manage to do the session. There was a big group of people and I was not in the wreckage at the back as with recent hill reps but ahead of that, behind Ivor etc. as tired.

Martin’s intervals, skipped the first again, joined in 2nd, 4’05,3.57, 3.51, 3.49. Again better after a few. Left knee getting sore by the time I had jogged home.
