My motion to defer the start of training while we renegotiated the strength of gravity being defeated, the session was 11 x a sort of 90" sprint on Bruntsfield Links. Ahead of Iwan, Mickey, Simon and Sarah but still adrift of the back of main group, it wasn't too bad TBH as tired from overall mileage. Good session.

Martin's intervals. Windy miserable night. Missed first (deliberately), beginning of second (accidentally), then 4'19, 3'59 and can't remember as slow. So I was too tired to do the session properly. Possibly due to longer run this morning but perhaps total miles in legs.
