Long run placeholder. 30 mins out canal easy, faster back (4’30-4’40ks), quite happy my left knee and Achilles managed this. Maybe my form is better pushing it a bit. Plan this time is to keep Sunday runs energetic if not far and gradually build distance rather than go for some kind of slow long plod and hope to get faster later which doesn’t seem to have happened in the past.

TT was 20 x 200m with jog back recovery. Which is an actual proper training session. Struggled a bit early on and dropped to near the back, ran with Cat for a bit, then sort of got my act together, caught people up a bit as they tired and wasn't lapped. I'm a bit slow and punch drunk with this slow run commuting but hopefully it will figure itself out.

Martin's intervals. Again slightly late, missed first as intend but joined in second just after it started. Really should get there in time and do some strides or something. Last 3 were 4'03, 3'59, 3'55. A bit disappointing as I'm feeling quite good. Maybe I'm just tired. Which would be understandable as highest rolling mileage for a long time. Hmmm.
