Evening run on the canal. Left knee sore right at the beginning and thought I might have to stop but it loosened up, felt good and ran about 4'45ks along the canal section.

Super foggy evening on Blackford and Braids. Felt good to begin with then a bit weak. Thought about keeping going for an hour but left knee getting quite sore. Could be the new shoes, they seem to take a bit of time to bed in.

TT was 2 x 10 mins continuous hills up the hill at the far end of the bog that we seem to run up a lot. Actually not doing too badly after the first few.

A circuit of different calf exercises, mostly assisted lifts with and without knee bent (knee bent version its really quite bent), plus stretch quads and an exercise off the edge of a table with legs hanging off.

New shoes. Yet more Asics Gel 1000s.
