7 hills recce with StuartW. I was quite terrible, getting very, very tired to the point I was trundling along at 10 min miles. I'm theoretically meant to be fitter. Basically still tired from Thursday night.

TT was 'undulating' rather than hill reps said Jill. Apart from the hill the ground was indeed not too steep. 10 x 90". Ran surprisingly well, 3rd on some of the reps, with GK and Longshorts running away until I got tired and started dropping back when running in the uphill direction. Perhaps others were tired from Red Moss but this was a bit of a morale boost.
