My legs have been generally sore all week but got on with planned 10 mile run. Felt good running a bit slower than last week and kept going to the signpost at the top of the WoL path, then back. Started to struggle to keep 5 minks at 19k and stopped at 20k to buy snacks. Happy to have managed this far. My hip flexors seem to get tired out first.
