TT was 12 x 1'/1' around a hilly loop on AS. Slipped and fell over during warm up.

I remain remarkably bad at hill running. Sigh. Would be so much easier if 10kg lighter. The attackpoint autofill remembers 74.9 not 84.9. Get grip.

Sunday long run. On Tuesday lunchtime. Ran past Jill about 4 times while she was doing Carnethy intervals in the other direction. Met RichardD.

Was going to do 20k but started seriously losing it after 16k. I get so frustrated that I get exhausted by 60k weeks and 16k long runs. But presumably if I keep repeating I'll get there again. Sigh.
