HFW, surprisingly tired and sore.

This has been an odd week, effectively three short hill races and not a lot of distance. Am meant to be tapering for next week so it made sense. Need to actually rest and try to actually feel not tired.

HBT AGM race. 4th time I've done this - racing along with WHB. About 5th I think. 2 mins slower than last year but same time as 2 years ago. End of year on HBT committee which was fun.

TT was last session of Jill captaincy. Was tired from yesterday but nice evening to be out running. 6 x 1 min intervals on the road then a time trial up MFD. Which took me >10 mins, fairly useless, was even a minute off just on the last part from the road (Lion's Haunch Classic).
