TT was 10 x a flat loop which took just under 2 mins which as anyone who knows any running training theory is aware is too long for speed work and too short for aerobic work and so fairly pointless except perhaps as a race pace practice session for your lifetime mile PB next month. Still, it was good to get out. That being said I was still dead from Sunday and barely able to run at any real effort.
