Sunday Feb 9 #

Note
(sick)

Still a bit ill.

Saturday Feb 8 #

Running 25:48 [1] 4.0 km (6:27 / km)
(sick) shoes: Asics Gel 1000 v.8 Blue 2

Set off for long run but felt awful, HR high despite low pace, so stopped. I have a bit of a cold so figure that's why. Did feel quite grotty for following 24 hours. Also in need of an easy week at some point.

Thursday Feb 6 #

Running 26:00 [1] 4.3 km (6:03 / km)
weight:83.2kg shoes: Gel1000s Blue Nov2019

IW, slow

Running intervals 56:27 intensity: (26:27 @1) + (30:00 @5) 11.3 km (5:00 / km)
weight:83.4kg shoes: Asics Gel 1000 v.8 Blue 2

TT was 1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 4', 3', 2', 1' pyramid with 1' recovery around AS on a clear cold night. Nice. Felt good too, doing fairly well relative to peer group on longer flatter reps, not as awful on the uphills as sometimes.

If I was 10kg lighter I'd be running quite well atm.

New shoes - achilles fine (well today, see about tomorrow).
