Over the hill race. Lap of AS in a lot of wind. Hmm, had thought this would be useful to get legs moving before the national next week and it might have been although I was a minute slower than last year. Tiredish legs. Although it was very, very windy.

Missed TT but went and did 4 x Martin km then 1 x about 800m towards BB (then went to BB obvs). Felt quite good. Just under 4 mins for the ks, not great but feeling gradually better at 4 minks, it might become a comfortable-ish pace again some day who knows.
