Note
weight:85.1kg (rest day)

Tired at end of this week and back too sore (sort of into right hip), will now have a very easy week to rest up after what has been a long block of effort (about 14 weeks of covid lockdown base phase).

Running long 1:33:09 [1] 16.48 km (5:39 / km) +145m 5:25 / km
weight:85.6kg shoes: Asics Gel 1000 Blue/Orange II

Attempt at long run up WoL, for first time cutting through to Spylaw park instead of up the canal. Was tired despite easy day yesterday but didn't feel too bad despite that, running is gradually getting easier, although calves sore, then I came out of Spylaw park up some steps onto the bridge just to explore but went the wrong way along Colinton Road. Realised, turned round and felt quite light headed so stopped and bought a drink. Not a triumph. In my defence, only 6 days since last long run so at rolling 78km.
