Ran with the family on bikes to Spylaw park then ran up to top of WoL and back, joining back together for last 5k. Felt good and managed to get to end of 20k run, just having some slow section and little breaks does make it all achievable.

Went to TT, getting my Thursday evening pass back for the first time in a while. Also given restrictions on more than 6 people meeting from next Monday this might be the last. Although there is an exemption for organised sport. Although HBT is not a high point of organisation, Anyway, felt really fatigued and a bit weak due to not having had dinner at usual time but once I got going had a decent tempo run with Dan C with others ahead (and Ivor behind so I guess I'm not doing too awfully).
