Another Sunday long run up from Balerno, down Currie Kirk and down WoL path. Started a little faster than last week and thought I was doing fairly well but did suffer and slow in the last few km. '40 mile week with a decent hard session and a 90 min long run is sustainable' not yet achieved although almost there.
